How it works

Decide if you want to train only the upper body or use legs as well.

Press Start.
The device informs the user what to do through lighting up LED rings on the pads.
Hitting the pad with the green light ring adds points
Hitting the pad with the red light ring takes points away

Choose optimal training
Depending on the selected program, Cardio Boxer does or does not control the pace - this is up to the user.
Thus, it is the trainee who decides whether the training takes the form of a warm-up or an intensive anaerobic training (interval). By choosing a training program, we can take part in a challenge mode, check the time of our reaction or just warm up.
